Last week was the 1st week of Operation get buff and it was tough but I made it through the week. On to the 2nd week and my workouts will consist of Functional Training Mon, Wed and Fri then jogging/walking 3 miles on Tues and Thurs.
This weeks functional training class consists of:
12 squats
12 rows
12 bicep curls
REPEAT 3 times
12 backward lunges
12 lateral raises
12 shoulder presses
REPEAT 3 times
12 dead lifts
12 chest presses
12 triceps extensions
REPEAT 3 times
12 Burpies
12 Plank jumps
12 side to side jumps
REPEAT 6 times
What a killer workout. Only 30 second breaks between each set. It took about 40 minutes to complete this workout. If you want to try this at home the only thing you need is dumb bells. I used 8lbs cause I have no upper body strength. I'll keep ya'll updated on my progress of Operation get Buff ;)
